Gentle Healing Yoga: Ideal for those with physical limitations from illness or injury like back and/or hip problems, arthritis, sedentary lifestyles etc... These classes delve into the musculo-skeletal system, teaching you how to care for your physical body so that you can enjoy living the life you imagined! Class is slow paced with great attention given to the function and understanding of the spine and body.
